Directions:
 
Sedative: massage into the back, shoulders, neck, atlas, spine, temples, wrist, and connective joints to calm your nerves, reduce anxious feelings, and aid sleep.
 
Bath/ Spa: Add 6ml to bath water and stir gently, or rub directly onto the skin after a warm bath.
 
All Active Ingredients: 100% pure medium triglyceride coconut oil, AEA-certified emu oil.

When using this product: Avoid contact with the eyes. Do not use it with other ointments, creams, sprays, or ligaments. Wash hands after use.
